Lisa has a proven track record of success and has focused her career on coaching and mentoring others to achieve their goals, both personally and professionally. She has over 30 years of experience in large organizations where she contributed to business operations and was actively involved as both a participant and a coach in their executive training programs.
Lisa is a graduate of Boston College, where she earned a degree in Accounting and Babson College where she earned an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. She continues to support the Babson program and acts as a coach to Graduate Students. Lisa has participated in efforts to revitalize Rhode Island Public Schools, acted as a guest panelist on Business Ethics at Bryant University, as a guest Teacher with the Teach for America Program and was the 2012 recipient of the CrossRoads Rhode Island Women Helping Women Award.
Lisa is a certified FocalPoint Business & Executive Coach and Trainer and the 2019 recipient of the Kaizen Award for continuous improvement. She chose to become a FocalPoint Coach because she believes strongly in Brian Tracy's strategies, tactics and methodologies.
